Q: Can long-term use have damage to the eye?

A: The recognition of flicker by human eyes is 50Hz, which is detected by human eyes below 50Hz, and the eye muscles are constantly adjusted to adapt to flicker, resulting in eye fatigue. To reduce eye fatigue, we use 60Hz and 120Hz LCD screens, which eliminate flicker and provide a more comfortable viewing experience.

Q: Is it normal for the screen to overheat after a period of use? Any bad effects?

A: Screen heating is a normal phenomenon. Just like a home TV, there will be no adverse effects. The products are tested at high and low temperature in the design and development stage, and meet industry and international safety standards.

Q: External laptop without touch?

A: If you use the VGA and HDMI of notebook or computer to output image signals to the intelligent conference board, and there is no touch on the conference board, please check whether the USB port of notebook and the touch USB port of motherboard are connected by USB cable. If not, there is no touch.

Q: No sound from external laptop device?

A: If it is connected by VGA line, only image transmission and audio line need to be connected again. In the same way, only audio line can not produce sound. To recognize VGA channel, VGA line needs to be connected, or HDMI input can be directly used.
